Our Warranties are simple and easy to understand. Here's what's covered:
Sweeper Warranty includes any parts on the sweeper unit except for normal wear parts like broom bristles and head flaps. Excludes any chassis or auxiliary engine items.
Auxiliary Engine Warranty includes breakdown of the auxiliary engine. Excludes any chassis or sweeper unit items.
Chassis Engine and Transmission Warranty includes failure of chassis engine and transmission. Excludes any accessories such as starter, alternator, radiator, air conditioning parts, front end parts, steering components, brakes and any other chassis parts.
Normal wear items and abuse or neglect.
Shipment of warranted parts. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. In addition, warranties are for parts only, and replacement parts will be furnished at the sole discretion of the seller. Parts may be used or rebuilt, but will be in working condition and will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longest.
